Manipal Health Enterprises has fixed the price band for its upcoming Rs. 9,275-crore Initial Public Offering (IPO) at Rs. 560 to 590 per equity share. The public issue will open for subscription on July 29 and remain open until July 31, with the anchor investor portion scheduled to open a day earlier on July 28.

The IPO includes a fresh issue of Rs. 8,000 crore and an Offer for Sale (OFS) worth Rs. 1,275 crore by existing shareholders. The proceeds from the fresh issue are expected to be used primarily for reducing debt, strengthening the company’s financial position, and supporting strategic expansion initiatives, including investments in hospital assets.
